Single session
Executive Mentoring
Sometimes you don't need a six-month engagement. You need one honest conversation, this week, with someone who has actually sat where you're sitting and then you need to go and deal with it.
Ninety minutes on the thing in front of you.
What people bring to it
One live problem. Not a development plan, not a general check-in, the specific thing that's occupying you right now.
The conversation you've been rehearsing for three weeks and still haven't had.
A restructure, a redundancy, or a performance decision you want to think through before you act.
The first ninety days of a bigger role, and how not to spend them reacting.
A board or exec paper you need to land, and the politics around it.
An offer on the table, and whether to take it.
A team member you can't work out, the one who's capable and somehow still not delivering.

Tell me what it is
A few lines when you book. Enough that I arrive having thought about it, so we don't spend the first half hour on background.
Ninety minutes
Unrecorded and confidential. A mix of questions and direct perspective, I'll tell you what I'd be thinking about, and where I think you're wrong. What you take away from it is yours to capture.
Mentoring, not coaching
Worth being clear about the difference, because they're not the same thing and this session is deliberately the second one.
Coaching
Space to find your own answer
Questions, challenge and room to think. It's what the six-month engagement is mostly built on, because for the things that matter most, your answer is better than mine.
Mentoring
The view from someone who's done it
Direct perspective, drawn from twenty years of commercial leadership and a $450m P&L. When you have a live problem and limited time, you don't always need to be asked what you think. Sometimes you need to know how someone else handled it.
If it should be something else, I'll say so
If ninety minutes clearly isn't enough or if what you're describing needs a coaching engagement rather than a single conversation, I'll tell you at the end, and I won't charge you for the recommendation. That works the other way too. Plenty of things get resolved in one session and don't need anything more.
Funding it through your business
At this level it usually sits inside a leader's own development budget or a manager's discretionary spend, without needing a procurement process. Ask and I'll invoice the business directly.

AUD $750. One live problem, one honest conversation. If it isn't the right thing for what you're carrying, I'll tell you honestly before you pay.
