As Managing Director of ALDI Western Australia, I led a $450 million business and more than 850 people through growth, operational complexity and significant commercial challenge.
I've sat in executive meetings where every decision carried financial and people implications. I've navigated restructures, difficult conversations and succession decisions, and I know how private the weight of it becomes.
