Caroline MacPhail provides one-to-one Executive Coaching and mentoring services for senior commercial leaders.

2. Discovery Calls

The Executive Coaching Discovery Call is an initial conversation to understand your circumstances, goals, and whether coaching is appropriate for you.

A Discovery Call does not create an obligation to purchase coaching services.

Caroline reserves the right to determine whether her services are suitable for an individual's circumstances.

3. Coaching Engagements

The scope, duration, fees, and inclusions of a coaching engagement will be agreed between Caroline and the client before coaching begins.

Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend on the client's participation, decisions, actions, and circumstances. Caroline does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, career, or business outcome.

4. Mentoring Calls

Mentoring sessions are designed around a specific leadership, career, or professional challenge.

The mentoring service provides an experienced perspective and practical guidance. The client remains responsible for their own decisions and actions.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise specified.

The applicable fee and payment arrangements will be confirmed before the coaching engagement or mentoring session begins.

Payment plans may be available where offered and agreed in advance.

For organisation-sponsored coaching, the organisation may be responsible for payment in accordance with the agreed arrangement.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching or mentoring session, reasonable notice is requested.

Where possible, sessions should be rescheduled rather than cancelled.

Any cancellation or refund terms that apply to a specific coaching programme or mentoring service will be communicated before payment.

7. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is an important part of the coaching relationship.

Information shared during coaching or mentoring conversations will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law or where there is another legitimate reason to disclose information.

For organisation-sponsored coaching, any agreed reporting or feedback arrangements will be discussed with the client before coaching begins.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the website, coaching programmes, resources, worksheets, guides, and other materials is owned by or licensed to Caroline MacPhail unless otherwise stated.

Materials are provided for the client's personal use and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or commercially used without prior written permission.
