For more than 20 years, I built my career leading commercial businesses, progressing from Graduate Area Manager to Managing Director.
Along the way, I led large teams, managed significant commercial responsibility, navigated organisational change, and experienced both the rewards and realities of executive leadership.
I understand what it's like to carry the weight of important decisions while balancing commercial performance with people leadership.
That experience is what led me to executive coaching.
Today, I work with senior commercial leaders who want to think more strategically, strengthen their leadership, and create meaningful impact—not only for themselves but for the people and organisations they lead.
